FAQ’s

What happens about proofs?
You will receive one low-res mock up to sign the final artwork off. Please ensure you are fully happy with your artwork at this stage as author’s corrections and any additional artwork after this point will be charged extra.

How long will it take for my Interloopmailer®‘s to arrive?
Delivery times will vary depending on quantities ordered and if any special finishes are required. Generally our lead time is approx 2-3 weeks from approval of the proofs. If you have a specific deadline please get in touch and we will always try our best to accommodate your needs.

I would like to provide my own design – how does this work?
We have created a downloadable PDF for you to understand how your design needs to be set up, as there are certain limitations due to the complexity of the mailer. Any queries you may have please contact jade@interloopmailer.com who can discuss this with your further. Follow the ‘Design Instructions’ link on the homepage for more information.

Can you provide Envelopes or Polybags?
Simply contact us with your quantity and size of mailer for a quote and we can arrange these for you. We can insert the interloopmailer® into your envelope/polybag and even mail them directly from our warehouse if required.
This will be an additional cost.

Is Interloopmailer® environmentally friendly ?

We are an environmentally friendly business that can provide your direct mailer in a number of environmentally friendly materials and finishes.

FSC- sourced from sustainably managed forests.

Recycled- 100% recycled.

Carbon Balanced- in conjunction with the World Trust, the material’s carbon footprint is offset and client will receive a pdf certificate showing how much carbon has been saved.

Biodegradable Laminate- made to degrade in landfill.

How do I get further quotes?
You can talk through your requirements by visiting our website at www.interloopmailer.com and email us at info@interloopmailer.com. Contact Account Manager, Jade Shapiro directly to discuss at jade@interloopmailer.com. Allow 24 hours for bespoke quotes or queries to come back.

What if I need a bespoke quote?
You can talk through your requirements with us over the phone or send details via email. Depending on the quote requested while depend on the timescale to get back to you with costs. We always do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

Delivery charges?
Delivery is made via a third party carrier. Our standard pricelist includes FREE UK DELIVERY for orders despatched in a single shipment on our standard service and to a Mainland UK address.
For all other deliveries, carriage will be charged as an extra cost.

Ordering from outside the UK?
We do not provide costs in alternate currencies – please refer to an online source such as www.xe.com. The pricelist you will receive will not include delivery outside of the UK. We will need to know the quantity, size and delivery address for your order to give you a specific additional quote on the delivery cost.

The interloopmailer® is a registered design and is patented. What does this mean?
The interloopmailer® is unique and is protected by registered design and a patent. Copying, duplicating or trying to reproduce the interloopmailer, will be in violation of the proprietary rights of the inventor, Graham Shapiro and is strictly prohibited . Copying, duplicating or trying to reproduce the interloopmailer could lead to legal action being taken. Please see – Patent Number: 2444916.
